TMA Combat Fitness is a fusion of Karate, Boxing and Callisthenics. What you will be learning is Renshinkai style of karate (a mix of Kyokushin & Goju Ryu) combined with the fundamental skills of boxing. Fitness and strength is very important to us and we use many different types of body weight exercises to achieve this.

As you progress with time, your fitness training will become the skills of your self-defence. Through repetition we programme your muscle memory. Everything you practice will become second nature.

Being healthy is about working towards a healthy mind, body and spirit. A strong mind helps you gain discipline, determination and patience, these are the essential attributes you need to achieve success in any of your goals.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

The instructor is a 4th degree black belt in Renshinkai Karate and has 40 years of experience practicing martial arts. Other martial arts experience include Kyokushinkai Karate, Shukokai Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Aikido and Boxing.
